Ministry Team

Charles Kiser – Ministry Team Leader. Charles grew up in Missouri as a child and in Texas as a teenager. Some of his passions: coaching and teaching; the Dallas Cowboys; good food; spending time with his family; watching movies; reading; connecting disconnected people to God; and working for justice.

He attended seminary at the Harding Graduate School of Religion in Memphis, TN, graduating in 2006 with his Masters of Divinity. He is a certified CoachNet coach and sees his role in the Storyline Community as an equipper and catalyst for mission. Email Charles or call him at 214.471.5722.

Paul McMullen – Gathered Team Leader. Paul grew up in north Louisiana and east Texas. He graduated from Harding University and went on to Harding’s Grad school in Memphis where he received his Masters of Divinity degree. Paul met his wife Julie at Harding and they were married in 2005. They have two little boys, David and Caleb.

Paul and Julie have been a part of four different church plants/beginning churches. They spent four years in Vancouver, Canada working in an international, urban context. Paul enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing guitar, and game nights. The best way to contact Paul is via email.

Gary Dungan – Team Administrator. He grew up in McKinney, Texas, and has lived in Uptown Dallas since 1985. Gary is gifted in managing logistics. Julie Kiser – Family Ministry Leader. We believe kids are the church of now and that parents have the primary responsibility to disciple their children. Julie equips parents to lead their families and organizes volunteers and content for children at our gatherings. You can contact her by email.




Ted & Megan Howard – Junius Heights Missional Community Leaders. Ted and Megan both grew up in Dallas and met in junior high. Megan graduated from Abilene Christian University and now works from home teaching online English classes for El Centro Community College while caring for their son, Henry. Ted went to Oklahoma Christian University and is a technology consultant for Credera. They moved into Junius Heights in 2008 and are passionate about seeing the Kingdom of God working in the neighborhood. Ryan & Sarah Walker – Richardson Missional Community Leaders. Ryan and Sarah met at Texas A&M, have lived a variety of places, and moved to the Northrich neighborhood of Richardson in 2013 after becoming convinced that Richardson was the place for them. They and their kids love reading, TV, movies, board games, and hanging out with each other, friends, and neighbors; they enjoy doing all these things at a variety of places such as home, parks, the Richardson library, and the Alamo Drafthouse.







John Oliver – Setup Ministry Leader. John grew up in Houston, Texas and has lived in Dallas since 1985. His main passions are education, missions and media. John enjoys online videos and DVDs including: biography, documentary, nature, science fiction, fantasy and historic dramas. He is semiretired and when not helping at Storyline he is developing an online ministry and business.
