Formation Groups

Formation GroupsFormation Groups are gender-specific groups of 3-4 people that meet together over several months for the sake of experiencing life change, genuine relationships and mission. Each group uses curriculum that guides participants deeper into various facets of God’s story.

Three ingredients are prominent in Formation Groups: personal transparency, Scripture and mutual accountability.

The end goal of a Formation Group is to complete the curriculum together and then for each participant to start a new Formation Group with 2-3 other people who are wanting to go deeper with God and others. Formation Groups are generally formed out of the relationships that develop within house churches.
