Worship Gathering
While house churches will always be the heartbeat of our community, the entire Storyline Community also meets the second Sunday of every month for worship gatherings. Worship gatherings are a welcoming, positive environment of praise to God. We worship as we make music, share communion together, hear biblical teaching, and tell stories about how God is working in our house churches.
For preschool children at worship gatherings, we use My First Look curriculum, published by the reThink Group, to teach them basic truths about God and Jesus through Scripture, creative experiences, and worship. This curriculum has a strong value for reinforcing lessons in the home and encourages parents to be active participants in the spiritual formation of their children.
Storyline also offers nursery care and spiritual formation opportunities for infants up to two years old at worship gatherings.
Ministry structures for school-age children will develop as Storyline grows and develops.
